If animation skips, reduce Roblox graphics and avoid crowded or high-latency conditions before judging your tracking ability.
Use the anchor-and-crossing method
At reveal, say the starting position silently: left, center, or right. Then follow the target cup itself. Each time two cups cross, update only one fact: where the target went. If it crossed from left to center, the new answer is center. Do not retain a full history after the position is updated.
Keep your gaze slightly ahead of the cup’s movement rather than fixed on its center. Peripheral vision can preserve the path while the cups overlap, but your attention stays assigned to the target. When motion stops, wait until the game accepts input; an early tap that also moves the camera can ruin an otherwise correct read.
Recover when you lose the target
If confidence breaks, do not bounce your gaze among all cups. Continue following the last plausible target and make one selection. Label the round “uncertain,” then identify where the break occurred. A guess that happens to win should not be counted as a clean track.
Use a three-round recovery drill. In round one, focus only on anchoring. In round two, name the target’s new position after the first crossing. In round three, carry that update through the whole shuffle. Keep the same egg, camera, and device conditions so you are training one variable.
If you repeatedly lose the same crossing, watch the gap where the target should exit rather than the point where cups overlap. The two objects may become visually similar at the center, but their outgoing motion separates them. This is a viewing strategy, not a guarantee against frame skips; fix performance if the exit is never rendered clearly.
Measure accuracy before increasing difficulty
Play ten rounds and record clean correct, uncertain correct, and wrong. Clean accuracy is the number that should guide progression. If six selections are correct but three were guesses, your reproducible accuracy is closer to three than six.

On a small phone, hide nonessential Roblox UI where possible and keep the play field centered. On a tablet, avoid stretching the camera so far that cups move across a very wide arc. On console, test camera sensitivity outside the round and leave it unchanged during tracking.
